Terms of Service

Last updated 20 October 2026. The same text is in the app. See also the Privacy Policy.

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Grimm Group AB, a Swedish limited company, corporate ID no. 559303-5180, Östra Sjöstadsgatan 8, 654 60 Karlstad, Sweden ("Grimm Group", "we"), which provides sup?. To create an account you must accept these terms and confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use sup?.

2. Your account

You must be at least 15 years old, give accurate information and keep your password secret. One account per person and email address. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete it at any time in the app.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give Grimm Group a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, copy and show it to the audiences you choose, only to run sup?. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies others have already received in chats.

Do not post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, violent, sexually explicit, misleading, or that infringes other people's rights or privacy.

4. Rules of conduct

You must not use sup? to: follow, track, watch, locate or contact anyone who has not welcomed it; harass, threaten, intimidate or stalk anyone, on or off sup?; share another person's location, photos or personal details without their permission; create another account to get around a block, suspension or ban; offer, ask for or arrange anything illegal or anything section 7 does not allow; impersonate others; send spam; or collect data about other users or interfere with the service.

Stalking and harassment can be crimes. We may remove content, suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and report them to the police.

5. Safety, reporting and blocking

You can report people, things on the map and chat messages, and block people. Reports go to our support team; reporting a message sends us its text, also from an end-to-end encrypted chat. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law, and we may tell the authorities when the law requires it.

We do not check users' identities or backgrounds, and we do not watch the map or chats in real time. Reporting in the app is not an emergency service: if you are in danger, call 112 or your local emergency number.

6. Your location and meeting people

sup? shows people where others are. You decide who sees your location and how precisely (exact, or only your area) on your Info tab, and you can block people or turn off location access in your phone's settings at any time. Anyone you let see your location can see where you were when you last had sup? open, and may act on it in ways we cannot see or prevent. Think carefully before sharing your exact location with people you do not know well. When you meet someone you know from sup?, meet in a public place and tell someone you trust.

Other users are responsible for their own actions. To the extent permitted by law, Grimm Group is not responsible for what other users do, on or off sup?, including harassment, stalking, threats or violence, or loss or harm that happens when you meet someone or when someone finds you through information that you or others shared. Events, activities, jobs, organizations, businesses and items are offered by users, not by Grimm Group, who are responsible for their details, such as times and opening hours. Agreements between users are their own responsibility.

7. Shops and deals between users

Shops and listings let users tell each other about goods and services. sup? has no payments, checkout, delivery or escrow, and Grimm Group is not a party to any deal between users. Any purchase, sale, swap, job or other agreement is made directly between the people involved, outside sup?, and is their own responsibility. We do not check that items or services exist, are as described, are safe or are legal, or that the people offering them are who they say they are, and we cannot help with payments, refunds or disputes.

You may only offer goods and services that are legal and that you have the right to sell. Do not offer weapons, drugs or medicines, stolen or counterfeit goods, sexual services, alcohol or tobacco to minors, or anything else that is illegal where you or the buyer are. If you sell as a business, you must follow the rules for traders, such as consumer and tax law.

We do not review listings before they appear, but we remove listings that are illegal or break these terms when we learn about them, for example through a report.

8. Advertising

sup? shows ads from businesses and organizations, labelled as ads. Tapping an ad opens the advertiser's website, which has its own terms and privacy policy, or shows the advertiser's business, event or place in sup?, where these terms apply as to anything else on the map.

Advertisers are responsible for their ads and for what they offer, and Grimm Group is not a party to any deal between you and an advertiser. We refuse or remove ads that are misleading, illegal or break these terms. You can report an ad to support@grimmgroup.eu.

9. Ending the service

You can stop using sup? and delete your account at any time. We may change or end the service, and will give reasonable notice where we can.

10. Liability

sup? is provided free of charge and as is. We work to keep it secure and available but do not promise that it will always work without errors or interruptions.

To the extent permitted by law, Grimm Group is not liable for the conduct of other users or for content, listings or deals made by them, or for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit or lost data.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability or consumer right that cannot be limited under mandatory law.

If someone makes a claim against Grimm Group because you broke these terms or the law, you are responsible for it, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We will tell you about important changes in the app before they apply, and ask you to accept them again where the law requires it. If you do not agree, you can delete your account.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts, but as a consumer in the EU you may also bring a claim where you live, and you can use the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
