Child safety standards
sup?, the app by Grimm Group AB, has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). It has no place on sup?, and we act on every report of it.
What is not allowed
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind: photos, videos, drawings or text that sexualise a child.
- Grooming: contacting a child to sexually abuse or exploit them, online or in person.
- Sexualising, sextorting, trafficking or otherwise exploiting a child, or asking for, offering or pointing to any such material.
Our Terms of Service forbid all of this. sup? is for adults: you must be 18 or over to have an account, and an account found to belong to someone younger is deleted.
How to report it
- In the app: report the person, the thing on the map or the message. Reporting a message from an end-to-end encrypted chat sends us its text and photo, so we can see what you saw.
- By email, with or without an account: abuse@grimmgroup.eu. Describe where you saw it; don’t attach or forward the material itself.
- If a child is in immediate danger, call 112.
What we do
- A person on our support team reviews every report as soon as possible.
- We remove the material and the account that shared it, and stop its email address from signing up again.
- We report it to the police and to the national hotline: ECPAT Hotline in Sweden and Stoponline.cz in Czechia. We keep what was reported as the police instruct, and cooperate with their investigation.
- When information suggests a threat to someone’s life or safety, we tell the police at once.
