Delete your sup? account

You can delete your account yourself, at any time, in the app or here on the web. It takes effect at once.

In the app

1. Open Settings with the gear (on the login screen or in your panel) and choose Delete account. Or hold your own icon on the map for 2.5 seconds.
2. Tick “I acknowledge that this action cannot be undone.”, type your password and tap Delete me.

No longer have the app? Sign in with your username and password, then confirm.

What is deleted

Your profile and everything you created: events, activities, organizations, jobs, businesses, locations, posts and shop items, with their group chats. Also your connections, messages, photos, devices, sessions, notifications, blocks, and reports about you. Group chats other people made stay, without you and your messages. We send you an email to confirm.

What is kept, and for how long

• Copies in our encrypted backups, until they are overwritten within 30 days.
• Reports and support requests you sent, for up to 12 months, without your account attached, so we can finish handling them.
• If we removed your account for breaking the Terms of Service: a one-way hash of your email address, so it can’t be used to sign up again.
