Delete some of your sup? data
You don’t have to delete your account to remove things. Most of it you can delete yourself in the app, and it’s gone at once. For anything else, write to us.
In the app
- Messages: hold a message you sent and choose Delete. It’s deleted for everyone in the chat, with its photo.
- Chats: in your panel, swipe a chat to the left. That deletes a one-to-one chat for you, and takes you out of a group chat.
- Things you created (events, activities, organizations, jobs, businesses, locations and posts): hold its icon on the map for 2.5 seconds and tap the x. Its group chat and photos go with it.
- Shop items: delete them in the shop they belong to.
- Your profile: change or clear your description and tags, and change your photo, on your Info tab.
- Connections: tap a person or thing and undo it: unfriend, leave, cancel or no longer go.
- Devices: in Settings, under Devices, log out a phone. Its encryption key and push address are deleted.
- Blocks: in Settings, under Blocked people, unblock someone.
Your location
sup? keeps only your last position, and only updates it while the app is open. To stop the updates, turn off location for sup? in your phone’s settings. To have the stored position deleted, write to us.
Anything else
For anything you can’t delete yourself, or for a specific piece of data, email privacy@grimmgroup.eu from the address of your account and tell us what to delete. We may ask you to confirm it’s you, and we answer within one month.
